Your Key Responsibilities

As a Site Manager at Voith Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring safety and quality requirements are met, and monitoring costs. Your tasks will include:

  • Recording and monitoring costs to ensure project efficiency
  • Ensuring and overseeing safety and quality requirements on the construction site
  • Implementing and monitoring adherence to the schedule on the construction site

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Technical training or a degree as a technician (m/f/d)
  • Many years of experience in construction management, assembly, assembly supervision, and commissioning of power plant equipment (preferably generators in hydropower plants)
  • Good French and English skills, as well as additional foreign language skills
  • An open and confident demeanor when dealing with customers, suppliers, and other project participants, coupled with cooperation skills, loyalty, flexibility, and resilience
  • A willingness for long-term international assignments worldwide
