About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Voith Group. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring safety and quality requirements are met, and promoting proactive assembly planning.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Record and monitor costs, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee and ensure adherence to the master time schedule, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain project timelines.
  • Document construction progress, deviations, and lessons learned, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including suppliers, customers, and project participants, to ensure seamless project execution.

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in construction management, assembly, and supervision. Your technical training or degree as a technician (m/f/d) will serve as a solid foundation for this role.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, assembly, and supervision.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in French and English, with additional language skills a plus.
