Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Lotus Bakeries. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development of annual marketing strategies and plans for the Lotus and Natural Foods brands in the German market.
- Define and implement the marketing strategy mix for our brands, with a focus on POS activation and social media campaigns.
- Develop and implement content support for Amazon for Lotus and Natural Foods.
- Ensure best-in-class brand activation across the portfolio to elevate our brands in the market.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators for marketing initiatives in collaboration with Category Development.
- Cross-functional alignment with key departments, including Category Development, central functions, and external agencies.
- Implement, control, and steer cost and investment budgets in cooperation with central functions and in agreement with the superior.
- Lead, inspire, develop, and motivate the local marketing team with 2 direct reports (Trade Marketing & Brand Management).
- University degree (Masters) in economics, marketing, communications, or equivalent.
- Strong experience in implementation and activation of social media campaigns preferred.
- Profound conceptual and analytical skills to identify and lift the right potentials with a clear measurement of success.
- Very good knowledge in retail/household panel data to define and track the right KPIs for the initiatives implemented.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects, with additional experience in working in a matrix organization preferred.
- Fluent (spoken & written) in German and English.
- You are a true team player, approachable, pro-active, positive, and strong communicator.
- You have a great passion for building and emotionalizing our brands and to become a brand ambassador.
- You demonstrate strong drive with a hands-on mentality.
- You are ambitious to take initiative, develop new ideas, and follow up to ensure excellence in execution.
