Revenue Operations Specialist

Are you ready to revolutionize the way we approach revenue operations in the fitness industry? We're seeking a talented Revenue Operations Manager to join our team in Munich and drive growth through data-driven insights and process optimization.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Own the Sales Funnel: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the sales funnel, pipeline management, and forecasting process.
- Meet with Stakeholders: Create a meeting cadence with sales, marketing, CSM, and BDR/SDR teams to align around business goals.
- Empower Data-Driven Culture: Establish best-in-class analytics and create actionable insights with short- and long-term reports, metrics, and objectives.
- Remove Obstacles: Identify and remove obstacles that delay or stop our teams from generating revenue.
- Develop Your Skills: Leverage varied, challenging tasks and regular feedback to benefit from a steep learning curve.
- 2+ Years of Experience: In driving process improvements and revenue-generating strategies in roles such as Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
- Deep Sales Understanding: Proficient in financial and revenue modeling, sales approaches, metrics, and reporting.
- Analytical & Strategic Skills: Exceptional structuring and analytical skills with an ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- IT Skills: Experience in working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau), and deriving insights from data.
- Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English (German as a plus).
