Job Description

As the Head of Human Resources F-H at Safran Nacelles, you will be responsible for ensuring consistency between the group's HR policy and the actions carried out within the establishment. You will understand business challenges and translate them into HR strategies with the best support, within the site's scope. You will guarantee the application of labor legislation and ensure the effectiveness of processes, adherence to HR practices and rules, by supporting managers throughout the year in their actions. You will oversee Human Resources management and support operations by listening to, advising, and guiding employees in their career development (training, mobility, etc.). You will ensure a constructive and balanced dialogue with staff, staff representatives, and/or trade unions.

Complementary Description

You will organize all administrative and statutory management and ensure its operation. You will prepare all mandatory documents in terms of personnel management (employment contracts, on-boarding of new hires, validation of probation periods, departure procedures, social contributions, etc.). You will keep personnel files up to date and monitor absence management and work time organization to comply with legal obligations. You will ensure the reliability of variable data for payroll processing and guarantee compliance with social and legal regulations related to HR. Alongside the Establishment Director, you will manage the establishment's resources and lead managerial activities. You will lead the primary circle of operational and functional entity managers and ensure a uniform level of internal communication and actively relay the company's strategy and HR policy. You will contribute to a calm and balanced social climate and ensure the quality of social relations. You will co-manage staff representative bodies and negotiate and implement establishment agreements and enforce group and company agreements. You will implement all stages of recruitment and mobility within the site according to the budget forecast and conduct interviews (from N-2 Director, internships, apprenticeships, and temporary workers). You will initiate the integration process and welcome and support managers and employees in professional development and career growth. You will implement the site's skills development plan in partnership with managers: skill enhancement plans, training, and development programs.

Job Requirements

You will have very good knowledge of labor law, regulations, social schemes, and company and group agreements. You will have expertise in social relations and knowledge of the company's organization and its cultural specifics. You will have a solid and homogeneous HR culture: personnel administration, HR information systems, social relations, etc. You will have analysis of situations and proposal of actions, change management, hierarchical and/or transversal managerial skills, confidentiality management of information, HR vision and overview, quality support to operational teams, ability to convince in social dialogue, ability to take necessary distance for effective conflict management, required adaptability and proactivity, strong analytical and evaluative skills, rigor, and high responsiveness. You will have the ability to work transversally, service-oriented and team spirit, pedagogy, diplomacy, listening skills, and good communication. You will have great discretion and respect for confidentiality and the ability to maintain perspective in all circumstances. You will have a customer service mind-set and performance criteria. You will have proven experience as a Head of Human Resources or similar leadership role, strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws, experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR policy development and implementation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage a multi-cultural organization, ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization, and especially with the shop floor, and ability to think strategically and solve complex HR problems.
