Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for intricate ERP solutions and workflows across various sectors including E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Services, and Finance.
  • Manage and execute ERP implementation projects utilizing Odoo independently.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing consistent support and effectively managing any escalations.
  • Oversee the development of software customizations and internal products to meet client needs.
  • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and change management initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year as an ERP key user, ERP Consultant, or IT Consultant.
  • Proficient understanding of business IT and processes, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, SaaS, or Finance.
  • Degree in a business or IT-related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and a high level of commitment.
  • A genuine interest in tackling challenging projects and developing intelligent solutions.
  • Fluency in English and German at a C1 level is essential.
