Global Learning Management System Implementation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Global Learning Management System Implementation Specialist. As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of our new global learning management system, SAP SuccessFactors Learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate system tests in the User Acceptance Test, prepare test cases and data, and serve as a point of contact for users from multiple countries.
  • Support data migration experts in preparing and quality-checking data, and test e-learning content in the new system environment.
  • Collaborate on the conception and planning of system training for employees, managers, and training administrators, and create training materials and guides in German and English.
  • Contribute to the development of communication materials for the project and the global HR community, as well as for the go-live communication to employees and managers.
  • Support the project leadership team in preparing workshops and meetings, documenting results and decisions, and managing the MS Teams channel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or completion of studies in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, education, psychology, or communication.
  • Experience with learning management systems or IT applications, either through studies or personal projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn other applications (e.g., MS Teams, MS Collaboration, Azure DevOps, Adonis, ServiceNow, and SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Fluent English and German language skills.
  • Clear communication skills and experience in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations and graphics.
  • Ability to work independently, structured, and with a strong sense of organization, as demonstrated in previous internships, studies, or personal projects.
