Are you passionate about Human Resources, Information Technology, and the transformative power of learning? Munich Re is seeking a highly motivated intern to join our dynamic team as we implement SAP SuccessFactors Learning, our new global Learning Management System.
This exciting opportunity will place you at the heart of a global project, collaborating with experts in Learning & Change Management, IT specialists, and colleagues from across Europe, the USA, and Asia. You'll gain invaluable hands-on experience working with the SuccessFactors Learning platform, mastering its functionalities and configuration options.
Your Impact:
- Drive System Testing: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, crafting test cases and data, liaising with users from diverse locations, and conducting independent tests.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Assist data migration experts in preparing data for seamless transfer and ensuring its quality. Test E-Learning content within the new system environment.
- Design Engaging Training: Contribute to the development of comprehensive training programs for employees, managers, and training administrators. Create compelling training materials in both German and English.
- Communicate Effectively: Participate in crafting project communications, including Go-Live announcements for employees and managers. Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Support Project Leadership: Assist the project leadership team in organizing workshops and meetings, documenting outcomes and decisions, and managing communication channels.
Your Profile:
- Hold a completed Bachelor's degree or be nearing completion in fields such as IT, Learning/Education, Psychology, Communication, or related disciplines with a focus on IT, Learning, and/or Project/Change Management.
- Demonstrate experience or involvement in projects involving Learning Management Systems or IT applications.
- Possess proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new applications like MS Teams, Azure DevOps, and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Be fluent in English (project language) and German.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to create engaging PowerPoint presentations and graphics.
- Demonstrate proactive, organized, and detail-oriented qualities, as evidenced by previous internships, projects, or personal initiatives.
