Senior Partnerships Manager, Tent Deutschland

Tent Partnership for Refugees is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Partnerships Manager to join our expanding team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic partnerships with multinational companies to promote refugee hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Partnership Development: Work closely with existing member companies to deepen their engagement with Tent and develop tailored solutions to support their refugee hiring efforts.
- Program Management: Facilitate effective routes to source, recruit, and onboard refugee candidates, and advise companies on best practices to overcome challenges in their hiring efforts.
- Coalition Management: Collaborate with the Director, Tent Deutschland, to facilitate Working Group calls and develop trainings for companies on refugee hiring and inclusion.
- Relationship Management: Deepen existing and build new relationships with refugee-facing organizations to enable the delivery of hiring programs with Tent member companies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: Minimum of 9 years of experience working with multinational companies, ideally in partnerships, human resources, corporate social responsibility, diversity and inclusion, and/or social impact projects.
- Language Skills: English and German written and spoken fluency mandatory
- Skills: Excellent presentation skills, top-notch project management skills, and ability to keep track of and juggle multiple priorities.
- Highly Organized: Ability to help design and organize strategic initiatives and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative Mindset: Positive, energetic, and collaborative mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle new challenges.
- Adaptability: Ability to make decisions in a changing environment and comfortable operating in grey areas.
