About the Job:

HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH is seeking a motivated intern to support the Market and Business Intelligence department in analyzing market and business environment data. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Information Management and Corporate Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, or similar and proficient in MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the lead generation process
  • Direct communication with customers worldwide via CRM tools
  • Structuring customer requirements and integrating international sales and service organizations
  • Creation of statistics and key figures for sales based on CRM tools and management reporting
  • Development of e-learning templates and video tutorials for the lead process

Learning Opportunities:

  • Insight into dynamic sales/CRM processes of a rapidly growing global player
  • Processes and organization in front office/inbound sales
  • International customer communication in B2B/B2G environment of security electronics
  • Methods, KPIs, and dashboards in lead intelligence and sales planning
