Business Analyst Internship in Sales and Customer Relationship Management

About the Job:
HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH is seeking a motivated intern to support the Market and Business Intelligence department in analyzing market and business environment data. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Information Management and Corporate Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, or similar and proficient in MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the lead generation process
- Direct communication with customers worldwide via CRM tools
- Structuring customer requirements and integrating international sales and service organizations
- Creation of statistics and key figures for sales based on CRM tools and management reporting
- Development of e-learning templates and video tutorials for the lead process
Learning Opportunities:
- Insight into dynamic sales/CRM processes of a rapidly growing global player
- Processes and organization in front office/inbound sales
- International customer communication in B2B/B2G environment of security electronics
- Methods, KPIs, and dashboards in lead intelligence and sales planning
