Product Management Specialist for Configuration and Change Management

Job Summary
HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join its Configuration & Change Management department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product variant and configuration management projects, ensuring effective application of CM processes and efficient completion of project-relevant tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Definition and specification of KM interfaces (internal and external)
- Creation of KM plans in German and English
- Creation of product structures (identification of configuration units and mapping in the KM tools)
- Ensuring the application of the configuration process
- Implementation of release boards (RBs)
- Creation of baselines and construction status specifications
- Implementation of internal and external change management (change control boards)
- Creation of evaluations and status presentations
- Collaboration in internal and external international project teams
- Subcontractor and customer coordination
Requirements
- Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering or comparable
- Experience in project management, configuration management and the various KM standards (ISO 10007, EIA-649)
- Experience in software configuration management and production processes is advantageous
- Knowledge of SAP PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) and Serena Business Manager/Dimensions advantageous
- Ability and interpersonal skills to implement and introduce KM specifications
- Ability to make presentations to international customers and partners
- Ability to work in a team and compromise, but also assertiveness and initiative as well as negotiation skills with customers and contractors (internal / external)
- Fluent German and good English skills
