International Sales Manager for Logistics Software Solutions

Are you a sales professional with a passion for software solutions? We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Axians Industrial Applications & Services GmbH. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the successful international acquisition of new customers in collaboration with our experienced presales colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and review offers, negotiate and conclude them successfully
- Maintain industry contacts and identify trends and potential together with our product management team
- Strategically scale our sales processes and further develop them in collaboration with our senior sales managers
- Maintain the CRM system
Requirements:
- Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, business law, business administration or comparable qualifications
- Experience in selling software solutions and technology products
- Connection to the construction or basic materials industry or comparable sectors is desirable
- High affinity for IT and an interest in innovative technologies and product developments
- Sales-oriented personality with experience and a proven track record - ideally with a focus on individual software sales, sales management and project management
- Strong communication skills and enjoy acquiring and supporting customers
- Strong customer focus and the ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions
- International affinity and a willingness to travel
- Creativity to the sales process as well as an effective and results-oriented way of working
- Intercultural thinking and excellent German and English skills
