Customer Relationship Management Specialist

As a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at Scalable GmbH, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our communication strategies with both prospective and existing clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Development: Designing and implementing CRM campaigns, including targeted emails and app notifications, to ensure effective client engagement.
- Journey Optimization: Crafting and refining customer journeys, conducting tests, and analyzing outcomes to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Product, and Design teams to deliver impactful content.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring high-quality content creation, email design, and execution of communications.
- Data Analysis: Utilizing an analytical approach to manage large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Performance Measurement: Tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of email and app notifications to inform future strategies.
- A strong interest in CRM; experience in finance or regulated markets is advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and email marketing tools; familiarity with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on finding practical solutions to complex challenges.
- A strong affinity for data, enabling you to derive CRM actions from relevant business metrics.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and SQL; experience with AMPscript is a plus.

- Fluency in German (C1 level) and English.
