Position Overview
As a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at Scalable GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our communication strategies with both new and existing clients. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Campaign Management: Designing and executing CRM campaigns, including targeted emails and app notifications, to ensure effective communication.
  • Journey Optimization: Crafting and refining CRM journeys, conducting tests, and analyzing outcomes to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with various teams, including Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Design, to deliver tailored content to our customers.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring high-quality content creation, email design, and the accuracy of communications.
  • Data Analysis: Utilizing an analytical approach to work with extensive data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Performance Measurement: Tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of email and app notifications to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • A keen interest in CRM, with prior experience in finance or regulated markets being advantageous.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and email marketing tools; familiarity with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A hands-on approach to finding practical solutions for complex challenges.
  • A solid understanding of data analytics to inform CRM strategies based on relevant business metrics.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and SQL; experience with AMPscript is a bonus.
  • A preference for working in a dynamic environment characterized by flat hierarchies.
  • Fluency in German (C1 level) and proficiency in English.
