Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough audits and investigations to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement process optimization proposals to enhance our internal controls and risk management practices.
- Collaborate with clients to identify weaknesses and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present audit reports to the Board and management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Monitor and track agreed measures and recommendations to ensure their implementation.
- Support project-related audits and investigations across various departments and business initiatives.
- Continuously develop and enhance your process knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Above-average university degree in a relevant field, such as law, business economics, or psychology.
- Strong commercial acumen and a good understanding of legal and compliance regulations.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly.
- A high degree of entrepreneurial spirit and independence, with a willingness to work in a structured environment.
- Strong social and presentation skills, with excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor.
- Knowledge of interview techniques is an advantage.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel in Germany and abroad.
- Fluency in English and German, with additional languages beneficial.
