We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Governance Auditor to join our team at E.ON SE. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough compliance and investigation audits to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement process optimization proposals to enhance our operations
  • Collaborate with clients to develop recommendations for improvement of identified weaknesses
  • Prepare and present audit results to the Board and management
  • Monitor and track agreed measures and recommendations
  • Support project-related audits and provide expertise to other group departments
A Convincing Background

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Above-average university degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business economics, psychology)
  • Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of legal and compliance regulations
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • High degree of entrepreneurial spirit and independence
  • Strong social and presentation skills in an international environment
  • Fluency in English and German, with additional languages beneficial
