Tech Data Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Data Production Manager to join our team in Donauwörth, Germany. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing the production of technical data for our civil helicopter programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the production of technical data, including instructions for continuing airworthiness, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement production plans, including master planning and tactical planning, to meet project deadlines.
- Negotiate and align with internal stakeholders, including Chief Engineering and Programs, to ensure smooth production processes.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics, including flow, blocked, and bottlenecks, to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to workload and capacity analysis with the Head of Metier to optimize production efficiency.
- Lead production management routines, including problem-solving processes, to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Monitor and improve unit costs, identify opportunities to improve products and processes, and ensure adherence to make-or-buy strategy.
- Ensure safety, ethics, and export control compliance in the production flow.
- Contribute to the development of production tools and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in design office or tech data management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multinational team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in project management and coordination.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to produce graphs and tables on a regular basis.
- English is a must, with German being a plus.
