Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager for Technical Data to join our team at Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing the production of technical data for our helicopter programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production of technical data for our helicopter programs, ensuring that all data is complete, accurate, and meets the required standards.
  • Develop and implement production plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of technical data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure that technical data meets the required standards.
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of technical data.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to management on production progress and any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or computer science.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
