Tech Data Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager for Technical Data to join our team at Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing the production of technical data for our civil helicopter programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the production of technical data from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring compliance with defined processes and quality standards.
- Develop and implement production plans, including master planning and tactical planning, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of technical data.
- Negotiate and align with internal and external stakeholders, including Chief Engineering and Programs, to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Monitor and analyze production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Contribute to workload and capacity analysis with the Head of Metier, ensuring optimal resource allocation and utilization.
- Lead production management routines, including problem-solving processes related to planning and workload/capa issues.
- Validate work unit requests from external partners and provide regular forecast updates to ensure accurate planning and delivery.
- Develop and maintain technical data production reports, providing insights and recommendations for process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in design office or technical data production.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management, including planning, initiating, executing, and closing projects.
- Experience in coordinating multinational teams and working with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to produce graphs and tables on a regular basis.
- English is a must, German is a plus.
