We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Leader to join our team at Vision Markets, a global leader in the machine vision industry. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and developing our sales strategies, driving global sales activities, and building long-term relationships with strategic business partners and key accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and continuously develop a dynamic sales team to drive global sales activities;
- Define and implement a market-focused sales strategy, comprising product and technology roadmaps, go-to-market approaches, and competitive positioning based on market analyses and customer feedback;
- Interact closely with the management team to define company goals and create sales forecasts;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic business partners and key accounts;
- Attend international trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to expand business networks and win clients;
- Train sales teams and implement best practices.
- Experienced Sales Leader with a proven track record of success in the machine vision or related industry;
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Strong hands-on mentality, leadership skills, and ability to inspire and develop a team;
- Excellent communication skills in English and German;
- Willingness to travel globally.
