We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled researcher to join our team at the University of Konstanz. As a PhD student in Biomedical Data Sciences and Bioinformatics, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in the field of molecular biology and data analysis.
Responsibilities- Analyzing high-throughput sequencing data to study gene activity programs
- Developing and applying data science approaches to understand cell identity and function
- Contributing to research collaborations and publications
- Master's degree in a quantitative field or medical/biological field with experience in Bioinformatics/data analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Intrinsic motivation and interest in understanding and studying the nature of life
- Skills in programming and data analysis, including experience with R, Python, Bash, etc.
