Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager (m/w/d) for Consulting Services, you will make a significant contribution to our business success.
- You will acquire new customers, existing customers, and new customer projects in the GMP consulting area through direct contact.
- You are responsible for negotiating independent offers and contracts.
- You conduct market analyses and research, observe current trends, and the needs of our customers, and respond accordingly.
- The establishment and continuous maintenance of customer contacts, also in our customer database (CRM), are part of your tasks.
- You will present our service portfolio at trade fairs, congresses, and meetings.
- Furthermore, you will actively contribute to customer acquisition ideas.
Requirements
- Completed studies in the field of technology, sales, or natural sciences, ideally with a doctorate in the field of natural sciences/pharmacy.
- Proven sales experience in the sale of services or in the GMP environment of the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, or medical technology industry.
- Background knowledge of GMP requirements and very good knowledge of the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech industry.
- Very good German language skills (C1 or better); further languages are an advantage.
- Very good communication skills, high customer orientation, negotiation skills, and confident and sovereign appearance.
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style.
