Drive Business Growth in the German Solar Market
Talentus is a leading solar energy company in Belgium, and we're seeking a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead B2B sales and establish lasting relationships in the German market.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead B2B project sales in the German market, focusing on North Rhine-Westphalia
- Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure seamless handovers and execution
- Represent the company at trade shows, info sessions, and B2B events to promote the brand and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- German national, preferably based in North Rhine-Westphalia
- Proven track record in business development and B2B sales, ideally in the energy or construction sector
- Knowledge of solar panels, battery systems, and/or charging stations is a bonus
- A dynamic team with a hands-on approach, driving real impact on the future of energy in Germany
