Business Development Manager B2B – German Market (North Rhine-Westphalia)

Drive Business Growth in the German Solar Market

Talentus is a leading solar energy company in Belgium, and we're seeking a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead B2B sales and establish lasting relationships in the German market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead B2B project sales in the German market, focusing on North Rhine-Westphalia
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure seamless handovers and execution
  • Represent the company at trade shows, info sessions, and B2B events to promote the brand and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Requirements:
  • German national, preferably based in North Rhine-Westphalia
  • Proven track record in business development and B2B sales, ideally in the energy or construction sector
  • Knowledge of solar panels, battery systems, and/or charging stations is a bonus
