- Drive best-in-class brand activation initiatives to elevate market presence.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Category Development team.

- Select and manage external agencies to support marketing efforts.

Candidate Profile
Professional Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in economics, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, or Digital Marketing, preferably within international FMCG companies.
- Proven track record in executing and activating social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and measure success effectively.
- Familiarity with retail and household panel data to establish and track relevant KPIs.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects, ideally within a matrix organization.
- Proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written.
