Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as a founder associate intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business development and working closely with our co-founders on strategic and operational topics.
Responsibilities- Conduct independent market research to identify, collect, manage, and analyze relevant business data.
- Support the founders in product launch-related tasks such as operations and sales.
- Assist in gathering updates, taking minutes, and updating actions for our weekly team meetings.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to stay with us for 3 months. German is a must (professional +).
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in start-ups and food.
- Ability to work independently, structured, and goal-oriented.
- Talented at quickly grasping problems and finding solutions, with excellent communication skills.
- Organizational talent with self-confidence, a positive attitude, and a passion for excellence.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and willingness to learn new software.
- Eligibility to work within the EU.
We are a highly motivated team with a deep passion for vegan food. You will work directly with our co-founders, enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and have the opportunity to develop your professional skills by taking on responsibilities and contributing to our growth. Together, we will establish Mooneh as the leading vegan food brand in the DACH region.
