Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as a founder associate intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business development and working closely with our co-founders on strategic and operational topics.
Responsibilities- Conduct independent market research to identify, collect, manage, and analyze relevant business data.
- Support the founders in product launch-related tasks such as operations and sales.
- Assist in gathering updates, taking minutes, and updating actions during weekly team meetings.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to stay with us for 3 months. German is a must (professional +).
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in start-ups and food.
- Ability to work independently, structured, and goal-oriented.
- Talented at quickly grasping problems and finding solutions, with excellent communication skills.
- Organizational talent with self-confidence, a positive attitude, and a passion for excellence.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and willingness to learn new software.
- Eligibility to work within the EU.
We are a highly motivated team with a deep passion for vegan food. You will work directly with the co-founders, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and have the opportunity to develop your professional skills by taking on responsibilities and contributing to the growth of Mooneh as a leading vegan food brand in the DACH region.
