Job Description

We're seeking a motivated Operations Associate to work directly with one of our founders on various strategic projects, with a particular focus on operations. As an Operations Associate, you'll have the opportunity to support key operational projects, analyze data, and create reports to drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support key operational projects to prepare for scaling
  • Analyze data and create reports to drive decision-making
  • Help streamline and document operational processes
  • Contribute to store optimization initiatives
  • Support the planning and execution of new store openings
  • Collaborate on various cross-functional projects as needed
  • Participate in strategic discussions and provide valuable insights
  • Help identify and implement operational efficiencies
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously
  • Willingness to get hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Fluent in English & German
  • Ability to commit to a 3-6 month internship
  • Passion for the food industry and startup environment
