About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Endava. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients and projects in the sector, managing the sales process from acquisition to completion, and cultivating and leveraging relationships within your network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new clients and projects in the sector.
  • Independently manage the sales process from acquisition to completion.
  • Cultivate and leverage relationships within your network.
  • Prepare compelling bids and lead contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate internal support from cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize cutting-edge marketing tools to secure new opportunities.
  • Actively participate in industry events and forums.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales / Business Development Manager.
  • Track record of success in selling offshore or nearshore IT services.
  • Deep understanding of the Automotive Sector.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-driven with a structured approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Commitment to exceeding goals and expectations.
