Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Operations Manager to join our team at Raisin. As a key member of our Global People Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional employee experiences across our international subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees across national and international subsidiaries, providing guidance and support throughout their entire employee lifecycle.
- Manage administrative tasks, including employment contracts, parental leave requests, references, and HRIS data management.
- Oversee the visa process for international employees and ensure a seamless relocation experience.
- Collaborate with peer People Operations Managers, HRBPs, People Analytics & Infrastructure, Legal, Payroll, and Enterprise IT to deliver high-quality Global People Operations.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimize Global People Operations processes based on learnings from business units.
- Lead projects to digitalize and automate People Operations processes, working closely with the People Analytics & Infrastructure Team to ensure high data quality and automated reports.
Requirements
- University degree or completed apprenticeship in human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field.
- Several years of HR Operations experience in a multinational and fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of German labor law and experience in international People Operations (UK, US, Spain, Italy) is advantageous.
- Ability to facilitate, support, and guide diverse stakeholders towards successful delivery.
- Confidence to make decisions and communicate effectively.
- Previous leadership experience is advantageous.
- Track record of leading projects, with experience and passion for digitalization and automation projects a plus.
- Passion for operational HR work with a strong understanding of service orientation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in German and very good English skills.
- Previous experience with Personio, Jira, Google Workspace is a plus.
