Senior People Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Operations Manager to join our dynamic People & Culture team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting dedicated business units on all employee matters, reporting directly to our HR Business Partner.
Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the direct contact for employees of national and international subsidiaries, supporting them throughout their entire employee lifecycle. This includes handling administrative tasks such as employment contracts, parental leave requests, references, and HRIS data management.
You will also be responsible for managing the visa process for international employees and supporting their successful relocation. Additionally, you will ensure the delivery and quality of day-to-day Global People Operations, collaborating with peer People Operations Managers, HRBPs, People Analytics & Infrastructure, Legal, Payroll, and Enterprise IT.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Lifecycle Management: Serve as the direct contact for employees, handle administrative tasks, and support employees throughout their lifecycle.
- Process Improvements & Projects: Own centralization and standardization of Global People Processes, direct People Operations without formal line management responsibility, and lead projects to digitalize and automate People Operations processes.
- Outcomes: Achieve high satisfaction with People Operations' Service Delivery, exceptional Employee Experience, globally aligned and seamless People Operations, digitalized and automated processes, compliance, and data accuracy.
- University Degree or successfully completed apprenticeship with a focus on human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or a similar qualification.
- Several years of HR Operations experience in a multinational and fast-moving environment.
- Strong knowledge of German labor law and experience in international People Operations (UK, US, Spain, Italian) is advantageous.
- Ability to facilitate, support, and guide diverse stakeholders towards successful delivery, confidence to make decisions, and communicate accordingly.
- Track record of leading projects, experience and passion for digitalization and automatization projects is a plus.
- Passion for operational HR work with a strong understanding of service orientation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in German and very good English skills.
- Previous experience with Personio, Jira, Google Workspace is a plus.
