Senior People Operations Manager

Employee Lifecycle Management:

  • As a key member of our Global People Operations team, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for our employees worldwide.
  • You will handle administrative tasks such as employment contracts, parental leave requests, references, and HRIS data management, ensuring compliance with global labor laws.
  • Manage the visa process for international employees and support their successful relocation, fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
  • Collaborate with peer People Operations Managers, HRBPs, People Analytics & Infrastructure, Legal, Payroll, and Enterprise IT to deliver high-quality day-to-day Global People Operations.

Process Improvements & Projects:

  • Take ownership of centralizing and standardizing Global People Processes, driving efficiency and consistency across the organization.
  • Direct People Operations without formal line management responsibility, influencing the team through empowerment and collaboration, and driving business outcomes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimize Global People Operations based on learnings from business units, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Lead projects to digitalize and automate People Operations processes, collaborating closely with our People Analytics & Infrastructure Team to ensure high data quality and build automated reports and controls.

Your Profile:

  • University Degree or successfully completed apprenticeship with a focus on human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or a similar qualification.
  • Several years of HR Operations experience in a multinational and fast-moving environment, with a strong understanding of global labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law, with experience in international People Operations (UK, US, Spain, Italian) being advantageous.
  • Ability to facilitate, support, and guide diverse stakeholders towards successful delivery, with confidence in decision-making and communication.
  • Track record of leading projects, with experience and passion for digitalization and automation projects being a plus.
  • Passion for operational HR work, with a strong understanding of service orientation and a focus on delivering exceptional employee experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in German and very good English skills, with previous experience with Personio, Jira, Google Workspace being a plus.
