M&A Advisory Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading our consulting projects in the M&A Advisory topic, mainly for our Private Equity customers. You will be responsible for leading teams carrying out buy-side advisory for small- and mid-cap Private Equity funds (typically Commercial and/or Operational Due Diligences) or sell-side mandates.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to drive their business forward.

Your Mission

  • You will lead project teams of consultants and experts, developing and implementing effective project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • You will be responsible for the development of our analysts and young consultants, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their careers.
  • You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to drive their business forward.


Your Profile

  • A completed master's degree from a well-known university.
  • A minimum of 5 years professional experience with another management consultancy or Private Equity company with track-record in the areas Commercial and/or Operational Due Diligence and M&A Advisory (buy- and sell-side).
  • Extensive project experience with a corresponding breadth of content from the subject areas of the listed activities.
  • You have an established network in the DACH Private Equity industry.
  • You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • You are fluent in German and English and perhaps speak another foreign language.
