About the Role

We are seeking an experienced M&A Advisory professional to join our team at H&Z. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead our consulting projects in the M&A Advisory topic, mainly for our Private Equity customers.

Your Mission

  • You will accompany and lead project teams carrying out buy-side advisory for small- and mid-cap Private Equity funds (typically Commercial and/or Operational Due Diligences) or sell-side mandates.
  • You will be responsible for leading teams of consultants and experts, as well as developing our analysts and young consultants.

Your Profile

  • A completed master's degree from a well-known university.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with another management consultancy or Private Equity company with a track-record in the areas Commercial and/or Operational Due Diligence and M&A Advisory (buy- and sell-side).
  • Extensive project experience with a corresponding breadth of content from the subject areas of the listed activities.
  • An established network in the DACH Private Equity industry.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Fluency in German and English, and perhaps another foreign language.
