About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Accounting & Process Advisory team in the Healthcare sector. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects, developing and implementing process improvements, and providing expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects in the Healthcare sector, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on accounting and process advisory matters, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs, developing and implementing solutions to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Requirements
  • Senior Manager with a strong background in accounting and process advisory, preferably in the Healthcare sector.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and leading teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in financial analysis and budgeting software.
