About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Amazon Freight team in EU. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key customers in the EU region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture and grow existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase market share.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve business objectives and meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as business, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
