About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Delphi HR-Consulting. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales financing plans, focusing on leasing, financing, and sales promotion programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales financing plans, including product development, pricing, and promotion strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales financing programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks and financial institutions.
  • Provide regular sales and incentive performance reports to senior management.
  • Conduct customer and dealer satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in leasing, financing, and sales promotion, preferably in the automotive/mobility sector.
  • Expertise in sales planning and product development, with a focus on sales financing.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and stakeholder management, including experience with banks and financial institutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Fluent in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and SAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
