Position Overview
  • Collaborate within a dedicated team to formulate strategic sales initiatives centered on financial services, leasing, financing, promotional sales programs, and associated terms.
  • Evaluate market dynamics and business trends, assess the competitive landscape, and provide actionable insights.
  • Systematically design and plan relevant financial service offerings and promotional activities on a quarterly basis.
  • Enhance existing renewal strategies and frameworks in close partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a proactive and assertive negotiator in discussions and dealings with external entities, including financial institutions.
  • Regularly compile and present pertinent sales and incentive metrics related to banking operations.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of customer and dealer satisfaction levels.
Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in leasing, financing, and promotional sales activities, particularly within the automotive or mobility sectors.
  • Proficient in sales strategy development and the creation of financial service offerings.
  • Experience in negotiation and stakeholder engagement, particularly with banks and insurance providers.
  • Ability to draft relevant framework agreements.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems.
  • Innovative analytical skills coupled with effective communication abilities focused on implementation.
