Sales Financing Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Delphi HR-Consulting. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales financing plans, focusing on leasing, financing, and sales promotion programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales financing plans, including financial services, leasing, financing, and sales promotion programs.
- Monitor market and business trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and provide recommendations for action.
- Plan and implement quarterly sales financing offers and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and improve renewal processes and concepts.
- Act as a skilled negotiator and interact with external partners, including banks, as a confident and sovereign counterpart.
- Provide regular reports on relevant sales and incentive data.
- Monitor customer and dealer satisfaction on a regular basis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in leasing, financing, and sales promotion, preferably in the automotive/mobility sector.
- Expertise in sales planning and the development of financial services offerings.
- Experience in negotiation and stakeholder management (e.g., banks, insurance companies).
- Experience in drafting relevant framework agreements.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- SAP knowledge.
- Innovative analyst and implementation-oriented communicator.
