Management Assistant with a Focus on Project Management

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Management Assistant with a focus on project management to join our team at thjnk GmbH. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our leadership team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, correspondence, and contact management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the leadership team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.
  • Provide project coordination support, including managing project timelines, coordinating with team members, and ensuring project deliverables are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients.
  • Manage and coordinate freelance bookings and arrangements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
