About the Job

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Management Assistant with a focus on project management to join our team in Düsseldorf. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, correspondence, and contact management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, correspondence, and contact management.
  • Support the management team in a variety of tasks, including project coordination, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
