Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on exceptional candidate experiences and continuous process optimization. You will also take ownership of scaling our organization and shaping our Talent Acquisition best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various teams, including medical, tech, product, commercial, and general and administrative teams.
- Lead the sourcing process, leveraging creative channels and active sourcing techniques to identify and attract the best candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing exceptional communication and becoming a trusted advisor on all recruitment-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, ensuring the team's and company's overall success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
- Passion for identifying and attracting talent through creative channels and active sourcing.
- Proactive, positive attitude, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience managing senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (German is a significant plus).
