Since then we have grown to currently operate in 180 countries and have gained immense traction in Germany and the US. Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will report to our Talent Acquisition Team Lead and work closely with the People Operations and People Business Partner teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage exceptional end-to-end recruitment processes with the candidate experience at its heart, and continuously optimize this flow to ensure that we always attract the right talent.
- Take our sourcing game to the next level by getting creative reaching talent for our niche company with niche hiring needs.
- Lead exceptional communication flows and build strong working relationships with our stakeholders and become their sparring partner in all aspects related to recruiting.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the team's and our company's overall success.
Requirements:
- Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Hands-on, 3 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Passion to identify and attract talent via creative channels and active sourcing.
- Proactive, positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, and experience managing senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (German is a huge plus).
