About the Role

Lucca Software GmbH is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our German team and contribute to the company's growth in the DACH market.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the business development strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and qualifying inbound demand generated by our Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a business development strategy to drive growth in the German market
  • Search for new business opportunities and qualify inbound demand
  • Present our SaaS solutions to potential clients and convince them of our added value
  • Quote commercial offers, negotiate, and close deals
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and identify new needs among our clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in full-cycle sales in the German market, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of the HR domain is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in writing and orally
  • Native German and fluent in English
