Senior Communication Strategist for Global Procurement

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communication Strategist to join our team at I. K. Hofmann. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies to support our global procurement initiatives.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing communication plans that drive stakeholder engagement, adoption, and enthusiasm for our procurement programs. This will involve developing compelling content, managing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to increase stakeholder awareness and adoption of procurement programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including digital content and video creation
  • Manage projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographic locations
  • Provide exceptional copywriting and editing services to ensure high-quality content
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communication and procurement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications-related field (PR, journalism, marketing, etc)
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience with relevant experience in communications, ideally with an interest in technology and innovation
  • Excellent organization, project management, and communication skills
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, with ability to tell a powerful story taking complex concepts and transforming them into easily digestible, engaging communications
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographic locations
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 (incl. SharePoint)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), German is a plus
  • Experience in digital content creation (e.g. video creation) is preferred
  • Experience working in a global, complex organization is preferred
  • Experience/knowledge in procurement area is a plus

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. I. K. Hofmann offers a competitive salary and benefits package to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
