About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Field Sales Representative to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our Oral-B and blend-a-dent brands to dental professionals and driving business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow our Oral Care business in the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including orthodontists, general dentists, and dental hygienists.
  • Provide product training and support to dental professionals, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our Oral-B and blend-a-dent brands.
  • Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with dental professionals and other stakeholders.
  • Proven sales experience in the dental or pharmaceutical industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and growing business.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently within the DACH region.
