Customer Service Representative Dutch

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Dutch Language Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Majorel Münster GmbH. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Provide proactive customer call-backs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Acquire and intensify customer loyalty by identifying and addressing customer needs
- Manage and optimize customer accounts and online search marketing campaigns
- Identify optimization leads and transposition of up-selling opportunities
- Excellent Dutch language skills (spoken and written) and very good English skills
- Service-oriented, patient, and friendly manner
- Professional communication skills and accordant soft skills
- Good PC skills (usage of Internet browsers and Microsoft Office products)
- Technical affinity
