About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Dutch Language Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Majorel Münster GmbH. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide proactive customer call-backs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Acquire and intensify customer loyalty by identifying and addressing customer needs
  • Manage and optimize customer accounts and online search marketing campaigns
  • Identify optimization leads and transposition of up-selling opportunities
Requirements
  • Excellent Dutch language skills (spoken and written) and very good English skills
  • Service-oriented, patient, and friendly manner
  • Professional communication skills and accordant soft skills
  • Good PC skills (usage of Internet browsers and Microsoft Office products)
  • Technical affinity
