Brand Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategist to join our team at Salt, a leading consumer healthcare business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing commercial brand strategies that impact revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the P&L for one of our brands, driving revenue growth through innovative marketing and advertising strategies.
- Develop and execute commercial brand strategies that align with our business goals.
- Manage all marketing and advertising budgets, ensuring effective ROI.
- Develop and implement GTM strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-develop acquisition strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years' experience in marketing and ecommerce, with a proven track record of delivering high revenue growth.
- Experience delivering brand marketing strategies with a commercial focus.
- Experience in a DTC brand, ideally in consumer healthcare.
- Strong commercial experience with P&L and budget management.
- Senior leadership level experience, with the ability to influence inside the business.
