You will drive state-of-the-art ways to tell a compelling, consistent brand story and create concepts, headlines, and visual directions for on- and offline marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refine our brand strategy and develop tactics to further strengthen our awareness
  • Drive state-of-the-art ways to tell a compelling, consistent brand story
  • Create concepts, headlines, and visual directions for on- and offline marketing activities
  • Collaborate with and manage agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders for specialized projects
  • Coordinate with and support campaign management

Requirements:

  • Customer-obsessive and passionate about the finance world as well as trends in advertising and pop culture
  • Passion for aesthetics, ideas, writing, and details
  • Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and organization, combined with innovative thinking
  • Proficient in using design and marketing tools (Figma, Adobe Suite)
  • Experience in a leading advertising agency, in-house agency, or consulting environment (Art Direction, Concepting & Copywriting or Creative Strategies)
  • Curated portfolio with highlight projects
  • Relevant university degree in Arts, Design, Marketing, or other related field of study
  • Native-level German and fluent in English
