Brand Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Scalable GmbH. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to strengthen our brand awareness and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Strategy Development: Refine our brand strategy and develop tactics to further strengthen Scalable's awareness and reputation in the market.
- Marketing Campaigns: Drive state-of-the-art marketing campaigns to tell a compelling and consistent brand story across various channels.
- Concept Development: Create concepts, headlines, and visual directions for on- and offline marketing activities that align with our brand strategy.
- Collaboration and Management: Collaborate with and manage agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders for specialized projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the coordination and support of campaign management, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Customer Obsession: You are customer-obsessive and passionate about the finance world, as well as trends in advertising and pop culture.
- Passion for Aesthetics: You have a passion for aesthetics, ideas, writing, and details, with a keen eye for creative excellence.
- Communication and Organization: You possess excellent skills in communication, presentation, and organization, combined with innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Design and Marketing Tools: You are proficient in using design and marketing tools, such as Figma and Adobe Suite.
- Industry Experience: You have experience in a leading advertising agency, in-house agency, or consulting environment, with a background in Art Direction, Concepting & Copywriting, or Creative Strategies.
- Portfolio: You can provide a curated portfolio with highlight projects that demonstrate your creative and strategic capabilities.
- Education: You hold a relevant university degree in Arts, Design, Marketing, or other related field of study.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in German at a native level and English.
