Scalable Capital is a leading digital investment platform in Europe that makes investing easy and affordable for everyone. Our clients can trade a wide range of financial products, including stocks, ETFs, and funds, to build their portfolios and earn interest on their cash balance. We also offer a digital wealth management service that allows clients to have their investments professionally managed.
Our company was founded in 2014 and is active in several European countries. We have a strong presence in Germany, Austria, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and the UK. Our platform has over 20 billion euros in assets under management, and we employ over 500 people across our offices in Munich, Berlin, and London.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategist to join our team. As a Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for refining our brand strategy and developing tactics to further strengthen our brand awareness. You will drive state-of-the-art ways to tell a compelling, consistent brand story and create concepts, headlines, and visual directions for on- and offline marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine our brand strategy and develop tactics to further strengthen our brand awareness
- Drive state-of-the-art ways to tell a compelling, consistent brand story
- Create concepts, headlines, and visual directions for on- and offline marketing activities
- Collaborate with and manage agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders for specialized projects
- Coordinate with and support campaign management
Requirements
- Customer-obsessive and passionate about the finance world and trends in advertising and pop culture
- Passion for aesthetics, ideas, writing, and details
- Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and organization, combined with innovative thinking
- Proficient in using design and marketing tools (Figma, Adobe Suite)
- Experience in a leading advertising agency, in-house agency, or consulting environment (Art Direction, Concepting & Copywriting or Creative Strategies)
- Curated portfolio with highlight projects
- Relevant university degree in Arts, Design, Marketing, or other related field of study
- Native-level German and fluent in English
